Dr Lim has over 45 years of extensive experience in the property business, conflict management and dispute resolution, training and consultancy. A pioneer in mediation, he has mediated different kinds of disputes and conducted numerous training on mediation over the last 34 years. Dr Lim was instrumental in introducing and teaching the mediation module at the National University of Singapore. He is author of 3 mediation books and several journal articles.

Dr Lim has served as consultant to the Court Mediation Centre, and is an advisor to the Consumers Association of Singapore's Mediation Panel. He is also Principal Master Mediator at the Community Mediation Centre, and the Centre’s advisor where he plays an active role in training and developing the professional skills of the mediators.

Dr Lim's breadth of experience is highly sought after overseas. He has served as consultant to a few United Nations agencies and the World Bank. In addition to his doctorate, Dr Lim holds an MBA, an MSc (Construction Management), an LLM (Distinction), a BSc (Estate Management), a BSc (Economics) and an LLB (Hons).

Tito Isaac is the founder and managing partner of Tito Isaac & Co LLP. Since its establishment in 1999, Tito has grown the firm into a 21-lawyer practice with 39 support staff.

The mainstay of the firm is civil and criminal litigation with the addition of dedicated departments for property, insurance, corporate and intellectual property law.

Tito read law at Leeds University in the UK. In addition, he also holds a Graduate Certificate in International Arbitration, is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and previously Ministry of Law-appointed Master Mediator. Tito is also a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. Since April 2012, Tito has served as one of two Alternate Chairmen for the Patron Dispute Committee of the Casino Regulatory Authority. Furthermore, Tito plays an active role in the Law Society of Singapore as a member of Council 2016.

Mr. Low Peng Kit has been an Independent Director of LHT Holdings Limited since 1 July 1999. Mr Low brings with him a wealth of experience. He has been on the Board of Directors of various companies in the F&B, Education & Training, Healthcare, and Construction sector. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Little Red Dot Bakery Pte Ltd and FMC Education. He is a director with One 69 Pte Ltd, First Medical Centre Pte Ltd, First Medical Centre (Yishun) Pte Ltd, FMC Contract Services Pte Ltd, and Shang Teng Construction Pte Ltd.

Mr. Low is a passionate and active community leader. In his 40 over years of community service, he served on various committees such as the Reach Supervisory Panel (MCI), School Advisory committees in the Ministry of Education, PAP Community Foundation Branch Exco Committee, Singapore Chinese Calligraphy, Singapore Clan Association, Community Development Council (CDC), Community Club Management Committee (CCMC), Residents' Community (RC), Management Strata Title Council (MCST) and member of NACLI Adjunct Faculty.

Mr Low currently serves the grassroots organizations as the Honorary Chairman of the Yew Tee Citizens' Consultative Committee. He is also a committee member of the Yew Tee CCC Community Development and Welfare Fund, the Yew Tee CC Building Fund Committee. In addition to his community work, Mr. Low also holds leadership positions in various organizations. He is currently the President of the Canchan Athletic Association and the Agarwood Association (Singapore), the vice chairman of the Chinese Development Assistance Council @ Yew Tee Management Committee, and the Treasurer of the International Institue of Mediators (Singapore). With a heart for helping others, Mr. Low is Licensed to solemnize marriages in Singapore since July 1992.

Mr Low holds a Diploma in Management Studies. He was a Master Mediator with the Community Mediation Centre (CMC). Being a pioneer mediator in Singapore with over 25 years of experience, he was appointed as a Senior Life Member of the International Institue of Mediator (Singapore). He is also a mediation instructor, coach, assessor, and mentor. He has vast intercultural experience through his mediation conducted with several Singapore mediation organizations. Mr Low is the Mentor for the iiM Yew Tee Dispute Resolution Centre, set up in 2023.

Mr Low is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. 

Thiru brings with him around 30 years of experience in grassroots and community related social activities. Due to his expertise, he has been invited to serve in different Ministries in various capacities over the last 20 years. During the course of his involvement in social activities, he has helped numerous people from different walks of life resolve their conflicts and disputes.

As an Executive Master Mediator with the Community Mediation Centre, he has mediated numerous disputes, and also assisted in mentoring and counselling junior mediators to handle conflicts tactfully and thoughtfully. He brings with him valuable experience on how disputes can be resolved without going to court by using the techniques that he has acquired from over 20 years of mediating disputes.

He was also appointed by the Ministry of Law to mediate Community Disputes Resolution Tribunal (CDRT) cases and Assessor with Community Mediation Centre (CMC). Thiru holds an Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA - Singapore Workforce Development Agency). He is also Certified Mediator(Level 4) with SIMI . He have been trainer with CMC over the years and also with IIM.

Gopal has been an entrepreneur for 30 years. He is an active grassroots leader for over 30 years. He is also a member of IMH Board of Visitors and IDAC committee of the Prisons He is a people-oriented person and is ever eager to help people’s issues. His wealth of knowledge and experience in business and community services are invaluable assets in mediating conflicts.

Gopal is a Master Mediator and assessor with Community Mediation Centre (CMC). He also serves in other mediation capacities related to FDWs. He has achieved remarkable success in helping parties resolve all kinds of disputes, including those relating to tenancy, relationships, work place and neighbourhood. He has also mediated Community Disputes Resolution Tribunal (CDRT) cases.

Marcellina is a business woman with hands-on technical and people’s skills. She is passionate about mediation despite the demands of her business. Her personal experience in running her business equips her with a keen sense of the dispute, interest and concerns of disputing parties. She has been a mediator with Community Mediation Centre (CMC) since 1999 and has an extensive exposure in mediation, having mediated 328 cases.

Eric works as a Consultant Gemologist since 1981, besides conducting valuation on precious stones and jewellery items, he has been an Adjunct Lecturer with Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts for 17 years.

Eric was involved in grassroots work for more than 40 years. With the vast experience on handling ground issues, he was appointed a mediator in 1998 by Community Mediation Centre when it first started under Ministry of Law. Appointed as Executive Master Mediator in 2008. His strong passion in mediation work enabled him to contribute as a member of the mediation panel at Consumer Association of Singapore. Currently, he also serves in the Dispute Resolution Centre at the State Courts as a court volunteer mediator.

Rama’s personal skills set include being a qualified Psychology in Counselling and a Master Mediator with the ability to speak multiple languages and dialects. He is conversant in English, Tamil, Malay and Hokkien, to name a few. He has a deep understanding of different cultures and races. His linguistic versatility has always been an advantage to break any impasse in a dispute.

He is passionate about mediation with an ever engaging sense of compassion for people. He has been a mediator with the Community Mediation Centre (CMC) since 1999. He also conduct Mediation at the Tribunal for the Maintenance of Parents (TMP) for Families.

Mark is the Co-founder and Director of Projects Healthcare Pte Ltd (Singapore) with over 25 years of working experience across APAC region with MNCs like ExxonMobil - Oil & Gas and Niigata Vietnam - Manufacturing. An avid volunteer in the grassroots movement and motorsports in Singapore. He was the Secretary-General of Singapore Business Association Vietnam, SBAV in 2019, promoting business and commercial ties among Singapore companies in Hanoi as well as creating platforms for companies to network.

Mark has been involved in several community mediations and believes that all disputes can be amicably mediated when both parties are willing to open up and the relationship can be healed in time. Mediation is a Life skill and a win-win solution is often possible through assisting people to communicate, listening to each other, and empathizing through the sharing of ideas and solutions.

Mark was the Auditor for iiM and currently manages the iiM Secretariat office. He is also the Chair of the iiM Website Sub-Committee.

I am a Senior Editor who excels in enhancing corporate branding for his full-time organization through the strategic employment of language and captivating narratives, along with social media copywriting, copy editing, publicity, and other journalistic endeavors. He has received formal training as a research psychologist, psychotherapist, and hypnotherapist, and has experience in applying Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) as well as utilizing a variety of personality assessments, such as DISC Personality Profiling and the Enneagram of Personality Assessment, to foster a more profound understanding of interpersonal dynamics. Furthermore, as a Chartered Management Consultant, Thomas contributes valuable leadership and strategic insight to the organization.
