MEDIATION – A CHANGING LANDSCAPE

Conflicts arise for various reasons and in different contexts.   Equipped with mediation skills help to prepare oneself to deal with conflicts encountered in different situations in our daily lives.    This Workshop highlights the different types of conflicts and disputes that an ordinary person may encounter.   They include family disputes, friend disputes, neighbour disputes and consumer disputes with commercial outlets.   The Workshop will share how these common daily conflicts can be resolved in an amicable manner using mediation and other conflict resolution tools. The challenges and difficulties will be discussed.
