The Association of Employment Agencies (Singapore) AEA(S) is augmenting its mediation services to employers by tying up with the International Institute of Mediators (Singapore) (iiM). Mediators who are appointed by iiM are professionals from various industries and bring expertise in their respective fields of training. The collaboration between AEA(S) and iiM is aligned with the direction of the Singapore government to seek mediation as an alternative to litigation which is costly and long drawn.
